About Norma Van Hoesen RN, BSN, MS

Norma earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University and a Masters of Science in Nursing & Hospital Administration from Texas Women's University.
She served as a RN in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps and earned the rank of Captain. Her clinical experiences include staff and director level positions in hospitals in North Carolina, Virginia and Texas. She has held executive positions as a Vice President in hospitals in North Carolina and Texas with responsibility for clinical operations, support services, quality improvement and other departments. Additionally, she has served as guest lecturer for graduate level programs at two universities. She is an author of an article published in the Journal of Nursing Administration. She has served as an active member of local, state and national organizations in Nursing, Healthcare Administration and Home Health Care. She was a Medicare / State surveyor for Home Health Care prior to becoming a home health care consultant.
About Linda Petree, RN
Consultant
Before becoming a nurse, Linda's professional career included retail sales and multiple years of accounting experience for oil, computer, electronic manufacturing and real estate companies. Additionally, she was employed at Austin State School MHMR homes in Kerrville Texas. As an LVN, she was an employee at two hospitals in Kerrville. After earning an Associate Degree in nursing from San Antonio College, she worked at Kerrville State Hospital. She then became a State of Texas/Medicare Home Health Care surveyor before becoming a home health care consultant.
About Margaret (Meg) Falco, RN
Consultant
Meg earned her nursing degree from North Harris Montgomery County College District. She has 20 years of Home Health Care experience. She has been employed as a Medicare Supervisor and a Care Coordinator for a Medicaid HMO. Meg has several years of experience in Home Health agencies, having held positions as Director of Nurses and QAPI Nurse. Additionally, she was a home health consultant in the Houston region before joining this firm.
